Senior Analyst - Strategy

Role overview

This position sits within Adani Airport City’s strategy and CEO office function in Ahmedabad, supporting hospitality-led mixed-use airport city developments across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, and Guwahati. The initial phases span more than 22 million sq. ft. The role is suited to a professional with strong business analytics capability and around 12 to 14 years of experience, preferably in real estate.

Core responsibilities

• Evaluate detailed business and financial models and build presentation material that informs investment choices and long-term planning.
• Carry out post-project financial reviews, including cost control, revenue monitoring, and assessment of profitability.
• Track market movements and industry practices to gather intelligence that supports informed decisions.
• Plan, arrange, and run meetings, then document minutes and ensure follow-up on assigned action points.
• Work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, sharing progress updates and coordinating tasks through tools such as Microsoft Planner and MIS trackers.
• Manage NFA approvals, including a prior review of financial and qualitative aspects before submission.
• Partner with the CEO in developing and maintaining MIS trackers for project and business performance.

Required competencies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work well with others.
• Good analytical thinking, structured problem-solving ability, and advanced Excel proficiency.
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Ability to prepare executive notes, summaries, and financial analyses for leadership decision-making.
• Comfort using business tools such as MS Planner, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of SOPs and operational processes, with the ability to suggest and implement improvements.
• Capability to support business analysis and financial reasoning in a strategic environment.

Qualification criteria

• Applicants should hold a BE or B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical from a premier institute.
• An MBA in Finance or Strategy is required as part of the educational background.
• Candidates should bring 12 to 14 years of relevant experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Professional certification is not required for this role.
