Job Overview
We seek a meticulous Senior Accountant responsible for spearheading financial planning, reporting, and supporting business decision-making processes. The role emphasizes ownership of management information systems (MIS), cash flow management, costing analysis, and closing monthly accounts to deliver precise and timely monetary insights for the organization.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Lead preparation and management of MIS reports supporting financial transparency.
- Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
- Conduct costing analysis to aid in budgeting and cost control.
- Oversee monthly financial closure activities ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- Possess a strong analytical mindset coupled with solid business understanding.
- Effective communication skills and adeptness at managing stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and elementary financial modeling.
- Experience using ERP software such as Tally and SAP Business One.
Additional Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a CA Intermediate qualification or M.Com degree with a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years dedicated to MIS and costing functions.
