Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join Millborn Switchgears Private Limited in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role involves comprehensive accounting duties including bank and inter-unit balance reconciliations, tax calculations, and regulatory documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Reconcile inter-unit balances to maintain internal financial consistency.
- Calculate Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Tax Collected at Source (TCS).
- Verify GST inputs for correctness and compliance.
- Compute advance tax liabilities timely and accurately.
- Prepare and manage balance sheets reflecting financial status.
- Handle registrations with various statutory bodies as required.
- Manage documentation processes with government departments and banks.
- Undertake other accounting activities as assigned.
Working Hours
The position requires working between 4 to 6 hours daily.
