Key Responsibilities

• Manage entry access for visitors, tenants, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with client and company policies and procedures.
• Observe and report potential security and safety risks.
• Conduct regular foot patrols inside and around the premises.
• Document and communicate relevant events or incidents to operations management and appropriate client or company department heads.
• Engage and interact with clients, visitors, public safety officers, staff, and the public respectfully and professionally.
• Perform additional duties assigned as necessary.

Working Conditions

The role involves working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions and requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting. Some periods may require sitting and using a computer.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Strong customer service and multitasking capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use specific security software systems.
• At least one year of verifiable work experience; military service, concierge roles, or an associate/bachelor's degree in a related discipline will also be considered.
