About the Company
Established in 2015, Miles Education is a Singapore-based education and training provider that supports thousands of students and parents. The company specialises in study-abroad guidance and works with more than 20 international colleges to design customised pathways for learners from ages 3 to 35. Its services cover school selection, test preparation, academic counselling, and day-to-day support to help students navigate their overseas education journey smoothly.
Role Overview
This on-site Scheduler position is suited to someone who enjoys fast-moving work, can handle pressure, and is willing to work weekends. The role focuses on planning and maintaining daily class timetables for students and the academic team, making sure classrooms, teachers, and other resources are allocated efficiently. You will keep scheduling records up to date, confirm class arrangements with teachers, and respond quickly when changes or conflicts arise. The position also includes coordination with consultants, teachers, and other stakeholders, along with routine administrative support related to attendance, timetables, and communication.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 11:00 am to 8:30 pm, including lunch and dinner breaks
- Saturday and Sunday: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, including a lunch break
- Total weekly working hours: 44
- Weekly off: 1.5 days, to be discussed face to face
- Public holidays: off
Key Duties
- Plan course timetables and organise class allocations
- Provide prompt and accurate updates to academic and management teams when needed
- Support general administrative work as required
- Help keep the centre clean and well maintained
- Manage internal and external communication through messaging apps, email, and phone calls
- Assist with student stay-back sessions
- Support teachers with preparation of learning materials when necessary

Requirements
- Weekend availability is mandatory
- Applicants should have at least O/A Levels, a polytechnic diploma, or an equivalent qualification
- Ability to communicate fluently with Chinese-speaking parents in their mother tongue is required
- Availability for communication outside normal working hours is expected
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong sense of responsibility and responsiveness, with a positive can-do mindset
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently while also contributing as part of a team
- Strong time-management and scheduling abilities; prior experience is an advantage
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of following tasks through carefully
