Role Overview

We are seeking a professional with expertise in SAP Order to Cash (OTC) and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules to efficiently handle end-to-end customer order management processes. This role is based in Chennai, India, and involves close collaboration with sales teams to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the complete lifecycle of customer orders, from initial creation through to final delivery, utilizing SAP OTC/SD modules.
Work closely with the sales department to coordinate order processing and strategize delivery schedules for optimal efficiency.
