Program overview
The Aditya Birla Capital Sales Leadership Program is built to fast-track post-graduate talent into sales leadership by offering an accelerated career pathway. It is aimed at candidates from colleges across India and is meant to create strong future leaders across the sales functions of Aditya Birla Capital’s business lines.
The hiring focus is on Sales Trainees who will join multiple sales and distribution channels across the organisation.

Role summary
The selected candidate will work as a Sales Trainee and contribute to driving financial product sales, supporting customers and channel partners, and helping the sales team achieve business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Increase sales of financial products and meet the targets defined in the goal sheet.
- Use effective marketing approaches to promote and sell financial offerings.
- Provide complete support before and after the sale to customers and clients.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and partners while aligning delivery to their needs.
- Assist with manpower planning, team coordination and ongoing support to help the team deliver results.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant should hold an MBA or PGDM with a specialisation in Sales & Marketing or BFSI. The role is open to candidates with 0 to 3 years of prior experience.
Compensation
The total compensation is INR 900,000 per annum. In the first year, the fixed pay is INR 700,000 per annum. An assured bonus of INR 100,000 is payable after completion of one year, subject to performance. A joining bonus of INR 100,000 is paid in the first month’s salary, but it must be repaid if the candidate leaves the organisation within the first year or is not confirmed due to performance-related issues. From the second year onward, the role moves to the sales incentives plan of the respective business line.
