Sales & Inventory Specialist (Fixed Term)

Role Overview

This position is a fixed-term role lasting up to 12 months, serving as cover for parental leave. Reporting to the Business Planning & Commercial Manager, the incumbent will act as the key analytical contributor to commercial operations and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics and stock management for LLD stockists, including order consolidation and distribution of stock, while proactively handling any pricing or delivery concerns.
• Conduct sales forecasting, monitor sales phasing, and present sell-in figures during sales meetings to pinpoint opportunities within the market.
• Support commercial activities by coordinating promotional initiatives, managing commercial expenditure alongside Finance, and addressing daily inquiries from retailers and educational clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of three years' experience in sales or marketing coordination roles.
• Advanced skills and hands-on experience with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and data analytics.
• Demonstrated capability in logistics management, stock allocation, and maintaining strong client relationships.
