Job Overview
As a Sales Executive at Khivraj Motors in Salem, Tamil Nadu, you will engage directly with customers to assess their needs and recommend motorcycles that best suit their preferences. Your role involves delivering outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales journey, ensuring an excellent experience from enquiry to purchase.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and suggest appropriate motorcycles.
- Provide dedicated customer service during the sales process.
- Follow up with sales leads and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to support the dealership's growth objectives.
- Stay informed about current promotions, financing deals, exchange offers, and other incentives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Arrange test rides and assist customers as they progress through their purchase decisions.
- Keep precise sales records and submit timely reports along with customer feedback.
