Sales Executive

About the Role

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business leads, retaining clients, and achieving sales targets set by management by utilizing all available tools and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential business opportunities by researching and assessing prospects within the industry.
• Engage with prospects to build relationships and offer suitable product solutions.
• Follow up on quotes and requests issued to new and potential clients to secure business.
• Achieve the monthly sales turnover targets as communicated.
• Maintain zero unresolved client queries ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
• Conduct client visits and follow-ups to ensure ongoing satisfaction and business retention.
• Maintain strong client relationships by offering support, guidance, and recommending new opportunities or service enhancements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify product improvements or new offerings.
• Prepare and submit timely reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
• Uphold organizational standards to ensure quality service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in sales or business development within freight forwarding, container freight station (CFS), or logistics companies.
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
• Experience in delivering solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Excellent negotiation, listening, and presentation capabilities.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
