Yana Jewels seeks an energetic and self-assured Sales Executive to manage sales operations targeting both domestic and international clientele. The role involves working from the office and communicating directly with global customers through calls, emails, and various online mediums.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing sales queries effectively.
• Engage foreign clients via emails, telephone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Showcase jewellery products, explain pricing structures, and offer customization solutions.
• Convert potential leads into confirmed sales orders.
• Maintain and update the customer database with consistent follow-ups.
• Collaborate with production and dispatch departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Generate quotations and prepare comprehensive sales reports.
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 1–3 years of sales experience; experience in the jewellery sector is preferred.
• Proficient in English communication (a mandatory requirement).
• Experience dealing with international customers is advantageous.
• Basic familiarity with MS Office and professional email correspondence.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Demonstrate a positive outlook and focused, goal-driven attitude.
