Job Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities by visiting clients, making cold calls, networking, and obtaining referrals.
• Engage with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, corporate clients, and homeowners to promote products.
• Market modular furniture solutions and the company's manufacturing capabilities.
• Conduct meetings to understand client project requirements and prepare tailored product proposals and quotations.
• Follow up on inquiries to convert potential leads into confirmed sales.
• Liaise with design and estimation teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain detailed CRM records and compile daily sales reports.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.

Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience, ideally within modular furniture, interiors, building materials, or home improvement sectors.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work autonomously and meet set sales goals.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree or Master's in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Background in modular furniture, interior design, kitchen, wardrobe, plywood, laminate, hardware, or construction industries is advantageous.
• Holder of a valid driving license and possessing a personal two-wheeler or four-wheeler is a plus.
