About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated IT Hardware & AV Sales Engineer who has hands-on experience with physical technology products such as laptops, desktops, and audiovisual (AV) solutions. The role focuses on understanding the needs of corporate clients in the business-to-business (B2B) sector, aiming to drive sales growth through effective client engagement and solution selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new B2B customers across various targeted industry verticals.
- Generate leads by cold calling, networking, obtaining referrals, digital outreach, and through in-person field visits.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet both monthly and yearly revenue goals.
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and discuss fitting technological solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial proposals to clients.
- Follow up diligently on inquiries, manage quotations, lead negotiations, and close sales transactions.
- Develop strategic account plans for major customers and enterprise-level clients.
Candidate Profile
- Educational background: Graduates or postgraduates preferred, ideally in Electronics & Communication, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: Between 1 to 4 years in B2B sales specifically within technical sales, solution sales, AV sales, broadcast equipment sales, IT infrastructure sales, or technology solution selling. Exposure to enterprise or institutional clients is advantageous.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, consultative selling, presentation, problem solving, and customer relationship management. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is needed. Ability to grasp technical product details and convey business value effectively.
- Industry background: Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas will be favored: Audio Visual (AV), Broadcast & Media Technology, Video Conferencing, Unified Communication, IT Hardware & Networking, Electronics & Communication, Security & Surveillance, Professional Display & Digital Signage, Technology Distribution, and System Integration.
Additional Information
Work Location: A68, Atrium Floor, Parker Mall, GT Road, Sector-62, Sonipat, Badhkhalsa, Haryana with a mix of field and office work.
Salary Range: 20,000 to 35,000 INR per month.
