Role Overview
This sales-focused position operates 100% remotely in Ghana or South Africa. Successful candidates will engage with customers who have already expressed interest by visiting the company website, aiming to increase sales through upselling and cross-selling via telephone conversations. The role includes meeting sales targets, handling objections, and confidently closing deals, with performance influencing salary and incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls and receive inbound calls from interested customers.
- Build rapport and recommend appropriate products confidently.
- Address objections effectively to secure sales.
- Achieve daily sales and call performance targets.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Candidate Profile
- Proven background in telesales, telemarketing, inside or outbound sales, or call center sales roles.
- Consistent record of reaching or exceeding sales quotas.
- Fluent English speaking skills.
- Resilience to rejection and ability to stay motivated.
- Reliable internet access and a quiet work environment.

Compensation
The starting salary ranges from GHS 1,947 to GHS 4,500 monthly in Ghana and 5,400 to 12,000 South African Rands in South Africa, dependent on performance. Additional incentives include weekly bonuses, data, and airtime allowances.
