Job Overview
As a Sales Associate at the LEGO Group's retail store, you will play a key role in managing daily store operations during your shift, contributing to a welcoming shopping experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors warmly and deliver exceptional customer service by managing the cash register efficiently and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment through daily cleaning duties, uphold visually appealing store displays, and adhere to the LEGO Brand Retail visual merchandising standards.
- Handle stockroom operations safely and effectively by receiving merchandise, organizing inventory according to LEGO standards, complying with all safety guidelines, and alerting management to any possible stock shortages.
