Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant (M/F) to join our retail team in London with full-time hours (40 hours per week). Positions are available at our Marylebone and Notting Hill stores. The role can be either a permanent or a fixed-term contract starting in August. For fixed-term hires, the contract will last until early January 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Place customers at the heart of the shopping experience to deliver outstanding service.
• Represent Sezane's style and spirit through impeccable personal presentation in line with grooming standards.
• Warmly welcome customers with empathy to create an exceptional interaction.
• Understand customer personalities to identify and meet their desires.
• Introduce customers to the brand story and diverse product ranges.
• Champion the omnichannel retail strategy, blending both in-store and online experiences.
• Develop deep knowledge about the brand and its products with genuine curiosity.
• Proactively suggest initiatives to enhance customer experiences and make them memorable.
• Manage customer complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Familiarize yourself with and communicate the brand's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policies.
• Apply Sezane merchandising principles, monitor product labeling, and maintain an inspiring and fashionable retail environment.
• Ensure the retail space is visually engaging and commercially maintained at high standards.
• Respect brand policies and operational procedures including transactions, returns, exchanges, and reservations.
• Assist with staff scheduling to meet customer demand and manage inventory efficiently.
• Contribute enthusiastically to team efforts, share knowledge, and uphold a positive and collaborative work environment.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in ready-to-wear, hospitality, customer service, sales, or events is a plus, though not mandatory if passionate about customer relations.
• Strong service orientation paired with excellent personal presentation and fashion sensitivity.
• A team player eager to develop skills within a dynamic, agile, and motivating environment.
• Energetic individual who enjoys a lively and engaging workplace atmosphere.
