Role Overview

As an RTR Senior Associate at Gratitude India, you will oversee Record to Report (RTR) functions including journal entries, reconciliations, financial closing processes, reporting, and Oracle ERP transaction management. You will be instrumental in maintaining data integrity, meeting service level agreements, and delivering prompt and precise financial reports, while actively contributing to enhancing process efficiencies.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold an MBA, M.Com, B.Com, or BBA degree and possess between 3 to 5 years of experience specifically in RTR or R2R environments. Proficiency with journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end financial close cycles, and Oracle ERP systems is essential. Strong analytical capabilities, adeptness with MS Office, and a readiness to accommodate night shift schedules are also required.

Working hours involve night shifts and strict adherence to timelines to ensure SLA compliance.
