About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Romanian Speaking Quality & Policy Expert to join our team in Dublin. This full-time permanent position offers a competitive salary of 2,351 along with excellent benefits. The role requires fluency in both Romanian and English and involves working in a dynamic international environment focused on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and audit content moderation decisions to ensure compliance with policy standards and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to share performance feedback and foster quality enhancements.
- Manage various audit process stages including planning, execution, feedback delivery, and re-evaluations.
- Provide timely, actionable feedback to agents aimed at continuous operational improvements.
- Identify training requirements and work alongside learning departments to address knowledge gaps.
- Work with Operations and Quality Managers to enhance team output and performance.
- Become an expert in products, community standards, and operational procedures.
- Communicate policy updates and process changes effectively to operational teams.
- Guide and mentor new Quality & Policy Experts on tools, processes, and best practices.
- Develop detailed process documentation and offer input on audit tool functionality.
- Perform root cause analyses to detect patterns, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Report policy-related risks and trends to global teams for resolution.
- Leverage market insights to propose scalable solutions.
- Assist Quality Leaders in planning and executing improvement initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in both written and spoken Romanian and English.
- At least 2 years experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Audit-related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, Charts, and statistical functions.
- Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or comparable reporting tools is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
- Proven capacity to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
