Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess an NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or hold comparable qualifications combined with relevant experience.
• Hold a valid full category B driving license with six or fewer penalty points.
• Exhibit adaptability and confidence in using technology provided for the role.
• Availability to work flexible shift patterns including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays, accommodating the unpredictable nature of breakdown assistance.

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed first-year salary of £42,976 including location allowance, plus a £1,000 sign-on bonus where applicable.
• Total on-target earnings (OTE) can reach up to £60,000, depending on performance and hours worked, incorporating standby pay, incentives, and overtime.
