Role Overview
We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead our Rockhampton location team. This position involves managing a group of up to 20 employees, promoting company values, and ensuring the store meets presentation, stock, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and train a team of up to 20 members to deliver outstanding retail performance.
- Uphold and promote Ghanda's values within the team.
- Ensure the store's presentation aligns with visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards.
- Coordinate with Stock Allocators and independently manage inventory to optimize sales floor efficiency.
- Prepare and oversee store rosters, sales reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership capability, demonstrating a hands-on approach that motivates and empowers team members and aligns with organisational values.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with solid understanding of retail essentials and professionalism.
- Previous retail or hospitality experience advantageous but not mandatory; attitude and alignment with company culture are prioritized.
