Job Overview
We are seeking a Retail Manager to join our Audi dealership located in Stratford-upon-Avon on a fixed-term contract basis for 6 months, with potential to become permanent for an ideal candidate. The position involves working Monday to Saturday with one weekday off and Sunday rota shifts. Working hours are 8:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Saturday, and 10:00am to 4:00pm Sunday.
Compensation
The role offers a base salary of £32,000 with an on-target earnings (OTE) of £64,000.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their financial needs.
- Provide advice on finance, insurance, warranties, and other dealership services.
- Ensure customers fully comprehend the financial commitments they are undertaking.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team by offering coaching and support.
- Present financial agreements to approved lending partners.
- Maintain accurate documentation compliant with FCA regulations.
Candidate Profile
- Experience as a retail manager, sales manager, sales controller, or candidates aspiring to step into management roles.
- Confidence in assessing customer and company financial requirements.
- Proven track record in sales success, especially in finance sales.
- Excellent organizational skills to guarantee accuracy and compliance of all paperwork.
- Previous automotive, motor trade, or dealership experience preferred but not mandatory; comprehensive training provided.
