As a Retail Assistant focused on replenishment, you will support the daily store operations, maintain outstanding store presentation, and ensure product availability with a particular emphasis on essentials and fresh food.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to improve shopping satisfaction.
• Assist customers with their needs during daily store activities.
• Consistently restock products, prioritizing essentials and fresh produce, while maintaining stock quality, rotation, and presentation standards.
• Work collaboratively with your team to support a smooth store operation, including maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, report any hazards, and ensure compliance with all company policies and legal requirements.

• Strong customer service orientation focused on creating loyal customers through personalized engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and customer interactions.

• Highly detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and escalating issues to management as needed.
• Availability to work flexible hours between 4:30 PM and 6:30 AM.
