Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and greet all guests upon arrival.
• Deliver exceptional and friendly guest service at all times.
• Stay informed on current promotions, specials, and pricing.
• Prepare drinks following precise recipes and standards.
• Serve food and drinks to guests and fellow servers swiftly and efficiently.
• Ensure continual guest satisfaction by checking in post-service, maintaining drink levels, clearing clutter, and pre-bussing.
• Inform guests about menu offerings and bowling promotions, using suggestive selling to enhance dining experiences.
• Accurately record all sales transactions in the register; verify end-of-shift reports against revenue.
• Safeguard bar supplies and maintain inventory security.
• Follow procedures to prevent intoxication and responsibly handle intoxicated guests, promptly reporting issues to management.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing work spaces, exceeding cleanliness standards.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies, including health and safety guidelines.
• Keep records of daily operations through communication book, bar counts, and checklists.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a Serving it Right Certificate is required.
• Genuine enthusiasm for guest service and hospitality.
• A personal interest in bowling.
• Friendly, vigorous, and optimistic personality.
• Excellent communication along with interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
