Role Summary
The Research Director will lead and manage the planning and execution of research projects, expanding client relationships by grasping their objectives, steering research methodologies, and delivering insightful presentations. This position also involves mentoring research managers and ensuring the division meets its goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to crafting Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Take full responsibility for client accounts, fostering growth through strategic guidance.
- Manage end-to-end comprehensive market research projects including methodology design, questionnaire development, data interpretation, report composition, and delivering strategic advice.
- Coordinate project timelines alongside operations to guarantee timely delivery. Tasks include questionnaire validation, interviewer training, project monitoring, qualitative study oversight, and closing fieldwork phases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 10 years’ experience in market research or strategic consulting roles.
- Minimum 5 years in supplier-side custom research.
- Demonstrated proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative research approaches.
- Advanced capability in preparing strategic reports and effective presentations.
- Strong background in managing complex projects.
