Role Summary

The Reporter position is a full-time, on-site role located in Sambalpur. The individual will be charged with capturing and documenting the activities of Team VEERss Racing. Core responsibilities include collecting information from engineering, operations, and event teams, conducting interviews, and producing well-written, captivating news stories covering vehicle development, testing, and competitive events.

This role also requires creating multimedia assets such as photographs, short videos, and social media content to highlight the team's progress and accomplishments. Maintaining steady communication through internal and external outlets, collaborating with team members for accurate representation, and consistently meeting publication deadlines are essential.

Key Qualifications

• Proficiency in reporting and news writing, including research, fact verification, and accurate reporting.
• Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to simplify technical subjects for broader audiences.
• Basic competencies in multimedia tasks like photography, videography, and digital content production.
• Meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Interest or background in engineering, motorsports, or automotive industries; prior experience in journalism or content creation is beneficial.
• Formal education in journalism, communications, media studies, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
