Position Overview

We are seeking a Full Time Rental Sales Agent / Vehicle Detailer to join our Rockhampton Airport branch. This role involves being the primary customer contact, managing vehicle rentals, and ensuring fleet readiness. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming and knowledgeable point of contact for customers, delivering professional service and fostering strong sales.
• Manage rental agreements and respond to customer inquiries with organisation, accuracy, and a positive attitude.
• Tailor rental offers according to a broad selection of vehicles and products to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Process bookings and customer information carefully using company technology platforms, maintaining data accuracy and security.
• Adhere to SIXT Australia's standards, compliance, and operational procedures ensuring premium service delivery.
• Clean, inspect, and prepare vehicles efficiently to maintain fleet availability and quality.

Candidate Profile

• Passion for sales and commitment to delivering high-standard customer service.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, driving engagement and consistently seeking performance improvements.
• Strong time management, adaptability, and resilience in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Competent computer skills with attention to detail, focusing on data integrity and accuracy.
• Availability to work across all trading hours from Monday to Sunday, including weekends, public holidays, and school breaks.

Preferred Experience and Conditions

Experience in sales within retail, automotive dealerships, technology, insurance, or real estate is advantageous but not mandatory. Employment requires passing a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing. Applicants must have a current provisional or full Australian driver’s licence and legal work rights in Australia.
