Lindsay Geddes Coaching offers specialized support for women aged 45–65 struggling with bladder challenges such as urge leaks, urgency, frequency, and night-time urination. The coaching integrates scientifically supported methods that move beyond traditional treatments like repetitive Kegels, medications, or surgeries. Led by founder and pelvic floor physical therapist Lindsay Geddes, who also practices clinically, the company aims to help women reclaim confidence, independence, better sleep, and freedom to enjoy activities without bladder discomfort. The signature program, The Bladder Confidence Solution™, is a 12-week coaching journey addressing the root causes of urgency and urinary incontinence to deliver lasting improvement.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Success Coach to provide vital support in program delivery. The ideal candidate will be a pelvic floor therapist or menopause coach working part-time (15-20 hours/week) remotely during weekdays. This role supports women through a compassionate coaching approach, utilizing expertise in pelvic and women's health.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 30-minute onboarding calls with new clients to set program expectations.
• Assess bladder function tracking at three key points to monitor progress.
• Lead personalized 30-minute review sessions to discuss test results and offer coaching guidance.
• Hold weekly office hours where clients can seek additional help.
• Facilitate one to two 60-minute group coaching sessions weekly, addressing questions, adapting exercises, offering feedback and education.
• Maintain accurate records to track client progress and program metrics.
• Perform 45-minute SWAT calls to gather client testimonials and guide them toward follow-up programs, earning commissions on enrollments.

Training & Onboarding

• Structured onboarding including program overview, systems training, and coaching processes.
• Access to past coaching and SWAT call recordings for reference.
• Hands-on training in CRM and workflow via GoHighLevel and program management through Skool.
• Ongoing mentorship and professional development with direct feedback and additional education on women's and bladder health.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferred: Pelvic Floor Pracitioner (Physical Therapist, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist) or Menopause Coach.
• Coaching role only; clinical practice hours do not count toward licensing.
• Strong coaching abilities with high empathy and emotional intelligence.
• Comfort in discussing sensitive women's health topics with professionalism and trauma-informed communication skills.
• Ability to quickly establish trust and rapport.
• Reliable computer setup with strong internet and quiet work environment.
• Experience with Zoom and CRM platforms is advantageous.
• Flexible scheduling for approximately 15-20 hours per week, with potential growth to full-time.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly consulting fee of $2500 USD plus commissions from client enrollments in ongoing coaching programs.
