About the Role
We are looking for proactive Relationship Officers to join our Corporate Events and Awards team. This role entails comprehensive involvement in organizing events and awards programs from inception to completion, including providing advice to stakeholders on program design, implementation, and evaluation. You will oversee the organisation's performance and recognition framework.
Key Duties
Responsibilities include managing event logistics, budgeting, allocation of resources, and prioritizing tasks effectively. Collaboration with partners, stakeholders, and suppliers is essential to ensure high-quality deliverables within strict deadlines. You will also prepare clear, professional written documents such as proposals, project plans, briefings, reports, and award documentation. In addition, you will aid team development by sharing knowledge, offering feedback, and assisting with onboarding new members.
Location and Employment Type
Positions may be ongoing or fixed term, located in Adelaide and various other Australian cities including Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Geelong, Melbourne CBD, and Sydney CBD.
