Relationship Officer

Overview

We seek dynamic and goal-driven sales professionals to join our expanding team as Relationship Officers. The role involves connecting with potential clients, identifying their financial needs, presenting appropriate loan products, and supporting them throughout the loan application process until it is successfully disbursed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers offering personal, business, or home loan products.
• Provide clear explanations regarding product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and application procedures.
• Gather and verify fundamental customer information to assess eligibility.
• Consistently follow up on leads to ensure timely document submissions.
• Collaborate with internal departments and lending partners to facilitate a seamless loan approval process.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience working with either secured or unsecured loans.
• Effective communication and persuasive skills; fluency in English is mandatory.
• Self-driven with a strong focus on achieving results.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
