Relationship Manager - Premium Accounts (CASA)

Overview

Veerwal Getwork Services is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to handle Premium Current and Savings Account (CASA) portfolios. The ideal candidate will have up to three years of relevant banking sales experience, preferably with exposure to SME or business banking, and will be responsible for acquiring new high-value CASA customers and maintaining strong client relationships.

Primary Responsibilities

• Source new high-value CASA customers from the open market through cold calls, field visits, and local networking.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for account acquisition and deposit generation.
• Ensure that customer onboarding processes are smooth, with full adherence to KYC and AML compliance requirements.
• Promote digital banking channels and encourage customer activation.
• Cross-sell a range of banking products including business banking solutions, trade finance, foreign exchange, credit cards, loans, and investment products.
• Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with both new and existing clients by providing excellent service.
• Handle client complaints promptly and resolve issues efficiently.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Graduation is mandatory; an MBA qualification is preferred.
• Between 1 to 3 years of experience specifically in banking sales or CASA acquisition.
• Exposure to SME or business banking will be advantageous.
• Strong communication abilities and relationship management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the local market and fluency in the local language are essential.
• Good understanding of banking products, processes, and regulatory requirements.

Additional Information

Work locations include Vile Parle East, Andheri West, Santacruz, Khar West, Lokhandwala (Andheri), and Goregaon (Bangur Nagar). The position offers a competitive salary package up to INR 5 lakh per annum.
