Job Role and Responsibilities
- Drive sales by employing diverse customer engagement methods to meet specified business targets related to Annualized New Premium (ANP) and case volume.
- Identify and onboard new clients using leads, natural market sources, references, and orphaned customer bases.
- Arrange and conduct prospect meetings to perform needs analysis and clearly articulate product offerings.
- Follow the Need-Based Selling Model strictly to tailor solutions effectively.
- Promote upselling and cross-selling activities within the assigned orphan customer base.
- Ensure prompt policy issuance by addressing and resolving outstanding issues.
- Provide timely post-sales service across all customer segments assigned.
- Maintain consistent engagement touch-points to manage and service ongoing customer portfolios.
- Achieve and maintain desired persistency ratios.
- Collaborate closely with supervisors to strategize and meet business objectives.
- Conduct joint sales calls alongside supervisors when necessary.
- Forecast sales performance, innovate sales strategies, and analyze their effectiveness.
- Assess customers' skills and requirements to foster long-term, productive relationships.
- Research target accounts and generate or follow up on sales leads.
- Maintain and grow the client database within the assigned territory.
Information Security Management System (ISMS) Responsibilities
- Comply with all ISMS policies, procedures, and objectives.
- Engage actively in ISMS exercises.
- Request access permissions through Team Leaders or Executives as needed.
- Report any known or suspected security incidents to the IT Helpdesk immediately.
- Keep passwords confidential and secure.
- Safeguard information assets to prevent unauthorized disclosure, alteration, or loss.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Previous sales experience within insurance companies or Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Understanding of various sales methodologies and pipeline management tools.
- Competency in computer usage and digital tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal capabilities.
- Highly self-driven and motivated individual.
- Graduation is not mandatory.
Minimum education
Bachelor's Degree
