About the Role

Join Ceyone Marketing as a Relationship Manager, where you will support clients in making informed and confident decisions about purchasing residential properties. This position involves promoting residential projects, facilitating negotiations, and ensuring clients receive expert guidance throughout the buying process.

Key Responsibilities

• Introduce clients to residential projects, providing detailed explanations.
• Boost sales through advertising efforts, open house events, and participation in property expos.
• Serve as a mediator during price and contract negotiations.
• Achieve and strive to exceed monthly sales goals.
• Manage direct sales activities and generate leads through both referrals and channel partnerships.
• Maintain and update daily sales reports.
• Offer clients advice on market trends, pricing, mortgage options, legal requirements, and related subjects.
• Accompany potential buyers on site visits for property inspections and counsel them on property suitability and value.

Candidate Profile and Work Conditions

• Excellent communication abilities combined with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Good geographical knowledge of Bengaluru city.
• Willingness to travel as needed to fulfill job responsibilities.
• Work schedule comprises six days weekly with one weekday off, totaling six off-days monthly.
• Expected weekly working hours range between 45 to 51.
• Minimum education requirement is graduation; postgraduate qualifications are acceptable.
• Proficiency in multiple languages including English, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu is preferred.
