About the Role

We are currently seeking a Cleaning Specialist to join our residential service team in Lübeck. This role involves comprehensive cleaning responsibilities within various properties, including routine and special cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Performing basic and ongoing cleaning duties across managed properties.
• Executing special cleaning assignments and glass cleaning efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience with cleaning, disinfecting, and care products.
• Preferably completed vocational training as a glass and building cleaner or a minimum of two years of professional experience in this field.
• Possession of a Class B driving license.
• Demonstrated reliability, motivation, and ability to work independently.
• Flexibility, openness, and handyman skills.
