About the Role
A leading care provider based in Dublin is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join their residential care team on a temporary basis. This position involves delivering comprehensive clinical care to ensure the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of residents.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and review personalized care plans tailored to each resident.
- Administer prescribed medications and observe treatment responses.
- Oversee the work of healthcare assistants and ancillary staff members.
- Keep detailed and timely nursing records and documentation.
- Provide prompt clinical intervention during emergencies.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with residents, their families, and healthcare colleagues.
- Foster an environment prioritizing safety, dignity, and respect for all residents.
- Ensure adherence to applicable healthcare laws and organizational standards.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
- Relevant nursing credential such as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience is preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to operate effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Must have Garda Vetting clearance.
