Role Overview
As part of continued expansion, notably due to a significant Transport for London contract, Indra UK & Ireland is enlarging its Talent Acquisition team. The Recruitment Coordinator role is key to supporting internal stakeholders and enhancing the candidate experience. Responsibilities cover managing the full cycle recruitment process, from job advertisement to candidate interviews. This position is ideal for individuals with a foundation in recruitment or HR aiming to develop their career in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact within the Talent Acquisition team for recruitment-related inquiries from candidates, agencies, and internal partners.
- Perform recruitment administrative duties including conducting briefing calls with hiring managers, creating job descriptions, administering psychometric assessments, and scheduling interviews.
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to organize interviews, collect interview feedback, and compile detailed recruitment reports.
- Support the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with tasks such as sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates when necessary.
Candidate Requirements
- Background in recruitment or human resources, or keen interest in pursuing a role within Talent Acquisition.
- Flexibility to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills with proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.
- Ability to manage workload independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communicator capable of building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Workable is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Immediate or short-notice availability.
- Committed to working onsite approximately three days a week across two London offices: Hanover Square and North Greenwich.
