Responsibilities and Requirements

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in recruitment and business development. They must demonstrate strong communication and negotiation abilities to effectively liaise with both clients and candidates. Collaborating well within a supportive and friendly recruitment team is essential, as is the drive to surpass targets and enjoy the associated rewards.
