About The Role
This position is with Liquid Talent, a specialized HR and Talent Consultancy. As a part of their division, you will collaborate with clients to provide customized Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services, aiding them in expanding their teams with skilled South African and international candidates.
Role Summary
The company seeks a Recruiter capable of handling end-to-end hiring processes across multiple roles and industries confidently. As a vital member of the Talent Team, you will contribute significantly to developing and growing the recruitment portfolio while ensuring a high-quality, efficient hiring experience for clients. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement and acting as a reliable advisor to clients.
Location and Work Model
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa
Work model: Hybrid, combining remote work with client visits
Responsibilities
- Establish strong, trustworthy relationships with clients.
- Gain a deep understanding of clients' hiring needs, team dynamics, and corporate culture.
- Advise clients on role specifications, market trends, and hiring strategies.
- Support employer branding efforts and the development of talent pipelines.
- Serve as the primary contact for recruitment-related matters.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including job scoping, market research, salary benchmarking, drafting job specifications, utilizing multi-channel sourcing, candidate screening and shortlisting, coordinating interviews, managing offers and negotiations.
- Provide clients with consistent updates and insights into the talent market.
- Ensure candidates experience a seamless and professional recruitment process.
- Facilitate a smooth transition to onboarding with the HR team.
- Keep abreast of talent trends and market developments across sectors such as Financial Services, ICT, PR and Communications, and Retail.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines.
- Represent the company at networking and industry events.
Preferred Tools & Platforms Experience
- Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suites
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) including Salesforce, Neptune, Mantal, or Workable
- Recruitment and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven competence in managing full recruitment cycles independently.
- Experience within Recruitment Agencies.
- Possess an HR qualification.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and an effective communicator.
- Proactive, solution-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Confident working autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
