Role Overview
We are looking for a Receptionist / Front Office Executive to effectively manage front desk operations at KS Grand Function Hall located in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling site visits, following up on leads, and converting those inquiries into confirmed bookings. Additionally, they will coordinate visitor flow, answer incoming questions, and provide crucial administrative support to facilitate smooth execution of events.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and politely to customer inquiries both in-person and via phone or email.
- Arrange and schedule site visits for prospective clients.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with potential leads to encourage bookings.
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed event bookings effectively.
- Manage front-desk activities ensuring organized visitor coordination.
- Provide administrative assistance essential for event management operations.
Compensation Details
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 along with additional incentives to reward successful performance.
