Role Overview
We invite applications for a Receptionist who will efficiently manage front desk activities and support daily office operations in a structured and welcoming manner.
Key Duties
- Greet visitors, manage their check-ins and registration while maintaining detailed visitor logs.
- Handle incoming calls, attend to walk-in guests, and guide them to the appropriate departments.
- Receive and record all mail, courier packages, and distribute them accordingly.
- Maintain records of in-kind donations with basic inventory tracking.
- Manage library book lending and returns.
- Keep up-to-date contractor and vendor information.
- Monitor visitor entries, temporary departures, and returns.
- Maintain accurate digital records ensuring current data integrity.
- Provide broad administrative and operational assistance to the team as required.
Candidate Profile
- Mandatory fluency in Kannada with good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Professional appearance, courteous and confident interaction style.
- Strong computer literacy and adaptability to new software platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Receptionist or administrative experience is a plus but not compulsory.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is desirable.
