About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors warmly and professionally.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, social media messages, and general inquiries efficiently.
  • Arrange appointments and coordinate consultant schedules.
  • Guide clients by addressing their general questions and directing them appropriately.
  • Carry out various administrative duties such as data entry, filing, preparing documents, scanning, and invoicing.
  • Maintain comprehensive client records within CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with educational providers, institutional partners, and other stakeholders to manage student applications.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Migration and Education teams.
  • Keep the reception workspace tidy, organised, and professional.
  • Assist with office operations and related administrative tasks as needed.
