Midea Shaker Company (MISAC) is a joint venture between Midea Residential Air Conditioners and Midea Building Technologies together with Hussein & Al-Hassan G. Shaker Bros. for Modern Trading Co. LTD. This partnership focuses on local manufacturing and sales to enter the HVAC engineering market in Saudi Arabia.

The company specializes in innovative energy-saving HVAC solutions suitable for various sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and public infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation such as quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
• Monitor and oversee the QMS operations to ensure effectiveness and lead initiatives for ongoing system improvements.
• Coordinate and deliver quality management training programs to enhance employee awareness and expertise.
• Support customer quality audits by preparing required documentation and tracking corrective measures for any identified issues.
• Manage SASO product certification processes, including testing management, troubleshooting test failures, and liaising with certification authorities.
• Perform compliance audits and on-site inspections for local suppliers to ensure supply chain quality standards.
• Maintain quality control standards for finished products and follow up on remediation of any non-conformities.
• Address market quality issues by managing field quality concerns, engaging with customers for complaint resolution, and coordinating with production units to implement corrective actions.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, or related fields.
• At least 2 years’ professional experience in quality management systems with a valid ISO9001 Internal Auditor Certification.
• Comprehensive understanding of ISO9001 quality management standards and terminology.
• Proven experience in establishing and maintaining quality management systems.
• Strong proficiency in quality management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical abilities and capable of effective collaboration across departments.
• Strong written communication skills and experience in conducting training sessions.
• Detail-oriented and disciplined work ethic with a high sense of responsibility.
