About the Role
Join ZOFF, a rapidly expanding Indian spice and food brand known for its commitment to quality and innovation in kitchen products. We serve a growing D2C base and are increasing our offline market presence, aiming to establish a modern food brand that Indian households can trust.
Key Responsibilities
The Quality Executive will manage quality control operations including in-process checks and final product assessments. This role involves enforcing quality protocols, supporting audit processes, and ensuring adherence to FSSAI, HACCP, and internal quality measures.
Candidate Requirements
- Thorough understanding of FSSAI guidelines, HACCP, and general food safety standards.
- Experience managing audits, maintaining documentation, and implementing traceability procedures.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Production, Procurement, and R&D departments.
