Quality Department Manager Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager Engineer to oversee the implementation of quality management systems within infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Supervise QA/QC operations ensuring compliance with specifications and contractual obligations.
• Manage quality audits and track non-conformance reports (NCRs) diligently.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and conduct root cause analysis of errors.
• Coordinate efforts between project teams, consultants, and clients effectively.
• Oversee and enhance the performance and skills of the quality team.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the contracting sector, preferably within infrastructure.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and QA/QC procedures.
