Role Overview

As a Quality Analyst at Roblox, you will support the Quality Manager and wider team by maintaining rigorous quality standards, conducting calibration reviews, and overseeing auditing activities with our vendor partners. Your role will be critical in verifying audit accuracy, analysing performance data, detecting grading inconsistencies, and enhancing vendor quality procedures to uphold platform integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular quality compliance checks and operational audits to confirm vendor adherence to grading standards.
• Conduct daily review of vendor customer service and moderation audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Collect, organize, and maintain quality metrics and audit information to identify repetitive errors or grading deviations.
• Collaborate with Moderation, Customer Support, and Global Scaled Operations teams to address and resolve quality-related disputes.
• Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent application of trust and safety policies across vendor sites.
• Assist in testing and rolling out new automated quality tools or auditing platforms introduced by technical teams.

Qualifications and Skills

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in quality assurance, content moderation, compliance, or trust and safety roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operational auditing or related discipline.
• Advanced skills in spreadsheet applications such as Excel or Google Sheets for audit tracking and basic data trend analysis.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detecting nuanced discrepancies in moderation decisions and data input.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities to document audit results and provide constructive feedback to vendors.
• Proven capability to independently resolve routine quality issues and interpret complex policy guidelines accurately.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment and adapt flexibly to shifting safety policies and operational demands.

Work Location and Schedule

This position is based in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional attendance on Monday and Friday unless specified otherwise.
