Position Overview
We are recruiting a highly motivated and organised Property Portfolio Executive to support our national growth initiatives. This diverse role suits individuals who thrive on administration, uphold rigorous standards, manage multiple priorities efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new holiday rental properties including preparation of records, inventories, operating procedures, and compliance documentation.
- Manage logistics such as arranging photography, videography, key handovers, supplier setups, and property launches to ensure properties are fully operational before bookings commence.
- Conduct scheduled quality checks and inspections across the property portfolio, documenting assessment findings accurately and maintaining quality reports.
- Monitor guest reviews, identify issues related to maintenance, housekeeping, or presentation, and organize subsequent actions.
- Serve as a primary contact liaising with property managers to swiftly resolve guest-related issues, collaborating with the Reservations team to handle escalations, complaints, and relocations as needed.
- Maintain precise customer, owner, and property data in CRM and property management systems, supporting reporting and administrative tasks.
- Assist with monitoring operational workflows to ensure deadlines are met and contribute to general office and project administration.
Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in administration, operations, hospitality, or property-related roles.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines effectively.
- Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities and a positive disposition.
- Professional and customer-centric approach.
- Holder of a full driving licence with availability to use own vehicle for business travel.
Desirable Experience
- Background in holiday rentals, serviced accommodations, hospitality, or property management.
- Experience performing inspections or quality assurance assessments.
- Familiarity with property management and marketing channel systems.
- Understanding of property maintenance, compliance requirements, and contractor coordination.
