About the Role

Currie & Brown is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join their Brisbane team. This position focuses on overseeing defence-related projects, ensuring successful completion while meeting stringent military standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Direct full lifecycle management of defence infrastructure, construction, and engineering initiatives.
Create and oversee project timelines, budgets, and plans.
Facilitate collaboration with clients, contractors, consultants, and government bodies.
Maintain strict adherence to defence policies, security protocols, and health and safety standards.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Manage procurement activities, including tendering and contract management.
Track and report project progress to stakeholders regularly.
Conduct project meetings to ensure clear communication between all involved parties.
Handle contract variations, claims, and amendments.
Guarantee quality assurance and compliance with all project design specifications.
