Job Overview
This role entails overseeing the planning and management of moderately complex to large projects and programs within the Learning and Development domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections and analyses of program locations to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Form program teams, allocate individual roles and responsibilities, schedule activities, and determine the necessary resources.
- Create and maintain comprehensive program plans and budgets while preparing and evaluating performance reports.
- Manage contractual agreements by negotiating, administering, and supervising contractors and consultants involved in programs.
- Act as a communication bridge between team members and relevant functional management units who request program execution.
- Oversee team workflows, procedures, and expenditures supporting initiatives that enhance team efficiency aligned with departmental and organizational objectives.
- Assess and approve work outputs to maintain high standards of quality and timely delivery in line with policies and procedures.
- Manage program staffing needs through coaching, training, performance evaluations, and contribute to decisions about staff termination, compensation adjustments, and promotions.
Candidate Requirements
- Mandatory qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field from an accredited institution. Alternatively, candidates without a degree must hold a High School Diploma or GED with at least four years of relevant professional experience.
- Candidates must possess seven to ten years of relevant experience besides their educational qualifications.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual base salary for this role within the United States ranges from $101,535 to $131,880. Actual salary offers depend on factors like experience, education, certifications, and specific work location.
