Role and Responsibilities

• Assist senior project managers in handling projects from site acquisition through to closure.
• Contribute to site feasibility assessments, surveys, and project planning processes.
• Liaise effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project implementation.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and overall progress while preparing management information system (MIS) reports.
• Support procurement activities, vendor coordination, and material planning efforts.
• Help secure statutory approvals and maintain adherence to quality and safety regulations.
• Engage in site inspections, attend project review meetings, and manage project documentation.
• Assist in commissioning, project handover, and final closure documentation responsibilities.
