Project Coordinator

Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our organization and facilitate the comprehensive execution of key projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to guarantee smooth project operations from initial planning stages through final delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily project activities ensuring coordination and timely progress.
• Contribute to the creation of detailed project plans, schedules, and comprehensive reporting.
• Serve as a communication hub between departments and teams to maintain alignment.
• Maintain and update all relevant project documentation promptly.
• Monitor and report on project milestones, potential risks, and interdependencies.
• Develop presentations and status updates for leadership review.
• Support project governance systems and promote adherence to organizational standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Between three to five years of experience in project coordination or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and associated software tools.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Jira, or Primavera.
• Superior organizational, communication, and critical thinking abilities.
• Fluent in English with additional Arabic language skills considered an advantage.
