Project Auditor

Role Overview

We are looking for a diligent and detail-focused Project Auditor to join our Quality Assurance Team. This position involves assessing and confirming the accuracy and integrity of projects, processes, and performance data within town council operations. The auditor will play a crucial role in upholding superior quality and compliance standards throughout our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate detailed audit plans to assess project objectives, timelines, deliverables, and scope tailored to town councils.
• Conduct in-depth reviews of project methods and workflows to ensure conformity with quality benchmarks and relevant municipal regulations.
• Identify project-associated risks and vulnerabilities, recommending practical improvements.
• Examine project documentation and data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Verify project adherence to company policies, industry norms, and legal standards.
• Create comprehensive audit reports outlining observations, insights, and suggested actions for management review.
• Carry out subsequent audits to confirm the effective implementation of corrective measures.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, teams, and stakeholders to promote continuous quality enhancement.

Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Project Management, or a relevant discipline.
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in project auditing, quality assurance, or allied fields, with preference for those trained or qualified in project management.
• Exhibit strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrate exceptional detail orientation and organizational skills.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications and auditing software.
• Show effective communication and interpersonal expertise.
• Capable of working independently and cooperatively within a team environment.
